Over the years, I have received many requests for a group course where students can experience not just the Italian language, but also the culture and history.

To accommodate this request, I created An Italian Experience – a weeklong course that combines classroom lessons with outdoor activities/excursions. This immersive course provides an environment for you to improve your communication in Italian. You’ll not only learn the technical aspects of the language but will be given the opportunity to put what you learn to practical use.

The carefully curated program is designed to inspire and motivate you. Mornings will be dedicated to classroom learning while afternoons will be filled with various activities/excursions that will allow you to use what you’ve learned in class. I’ll take you to Levanto’s most interesting places where you’ll interact with locals and learn about our customs and traditions. We’ll visit the Cinque Terre, have dinner together, rent bikes and engage in many more activities that will give you a chance to use your Italian with locals.
